Sylvia is a solicitor with over 20 years’ experience practising in commercial property law. Sylvia undertakes a wide range of property work dealing with commercial property leases and licences; development property – from acquisition through to plot sales; and all aspects of property ownership, occupation, auctions, sales, and acquisitions; and property finance and secured lending.
