Bishopsgate Law was founded in 2016 to recruit the best experienced and progressive lawyers to provide affordable, fast and efficient legal services to our clients.
We have more than 200 staff, including 78 qualified lawyers, and most of our legal teams work on conveyancing and other residential and commercial property law matters.
We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number: 630434).
Bishopsgate Law is an accredited member of the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme - the mark of excellence for the home buying process.
We are members of the Equity Release Council and the Conveyancing Association.
Our conveyancing lawyers help thousands of people buy or sell their homes every year, with more than 20,000 successful completions on property sales and purchases in the last four years.

Our new offices
Our locations in London and Hertfordshire have changed and our new head office is now in London.
Our old offices at Maple House in Potters Bar and 99 Bishopsgate in London were both in buildings that are due to be redeveloped, so we have taken the opportunity to move our operations from both of them to one new head office at 1 Norton Folgate, London, E1 6DB.
We have also refurbished and reopened our original Hertfordshire office at 45 Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, EN6 1BJ, where our wills and probate team is now based.
Our office in Northampton is unaffected by these changes.
