As part of the service we make sure employment contracts are legally compliant and that all the right HR policies and procedures are in employee handbooks. We can draft a complete set of suitable documents if required, and keep them updated.
An annual fixed fee will be agreed for the retained client service, and we set out what it covers in an agreement when employers instruct us.
